So would you say that the electrcution story is correct? Could this not also be an explanation of the blackout over Baghdad?

that what is one day "unthinkable", at a later date becomes "possible", and finally, it becomes "self evident".
So it seems with the collective conciousness of this forum, and the use of a Neutron Bomb at Saddam International Airport. To the rest of the world, it is probably still unthinkable, but in the months since Ramzaj first revealed it, people have clearly come to think it as possible, and to some it is already self-evident.
Whilst I'm still in the "possible" phase, I did dare to think "what if this really is true?"
Reading through the leeters of Captain May, I came across his 18th July 2003 letter to the (then just deceased) David Kelly. I now dared to think"what if Kelly knew it was a neutron bomb?"
Now, the detective story could become even darker. What if Kelly had just found out/got definitive evidence (he was a radio AM operator and had a huge mast in his back garden), and was was about to alert the MoD?
Perhaps he went for a walk to clear his mind before reporting what he had just heard. But someone else knew what Kelly had heard, and was waiting for him...
Of course, it was convenient that Blair was out of the country at the time. Blurs the picture - either (1) Someone else could have given the order on behalf of British intelligence, and to the day Blair doesn't know or (2) Someone from a non-British power could have done it or (3) Blair could have given the order before he left.
I've spent most of my time on the net making speculative suggestions, but if it were (1) here's a way for the gullible Tony Blair to gain back a little respect, because he probably still thinks the neutron bomb theory is "unthinkable".
And before "Is there not hope" accuses me again of being a troll, I'm just trying to be objective... OK!
