The Federal Reserve is a system of private banks separate and distinct from the U.S. government. This banking system was originally conceived by John D. Rockefeller and J.P. Morgan. The FED, as it it known, is listed in the white pages along with Federal Express, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and other businesses. The bank produces Federal Reserve Notes. They use these notes/dollars to purchase government bonds.

about the huge oil agreement that was quietly signed between China and Iran. Perhaps because he didn't know. But this gives the Iranians much more room to manouvre with their choice of oil currency.

The basic gist of the article is like most of the noise emanating from the American posters and articles on this site: Bascially, they realize that financial basis of the American Evil Empire is coming to an end and they are mad as hell.
Of course if you were basically a global slaveowner with your standard of living based upon screwing over the everybody else, you'd be upset if this situation ended too.
For everybody else however, sit back, and enjoy the screaming.

The article is a consice one, in that it clearly adresses the cause of the Iraq war. America benefits from war due to the huge military-industrial complex which is perhaps the only significant manufacturing base left on mainland USA. One must not forget us zionist, "cull your children for our homeland" Jews though. And in reality we both gain from permanent war in the Middle East...
