Yugoslavia brought it on themselves. Blood thirsty tyrant taken out by another more blood thirsty tyrant.
As for Russia, well, premtive wars, to protect their borders is within their rights, but I don't think Russia will ever undertake any war, with Ukraine or Georgia for that matter. This is just talk. They don't have the power and the guts to do it, but it is good political move, to put pressure on the US.

The Article seems a bit flustered.It is ready to strike at terrorists when it says that the U.S-India-China are its main partners and that Europe (France+Germany) it shares Foreign policy views on.So who, What does the person who wrote this article mean by terrorists ?

I understand what Nato did to Yugoslavia, Im not disputing that, nor supporting it, but also you should take into consideration the lives of Bosnian,Croatian,Kosovars, and more before jumping to conclusions.
Milosevic was an asshole, a criminal, and nothing more.
&PaulP. had Milo had "the bomb" he would have used it long before Nato attacked,... on civilians, insteed of the bullets that he allready used.
They say the enemy of my enemy is my friend but this case deserves an excepton.
As for Russia prempt-
Judge them by their actions not by their words. Wether they make news or headlines, it is useless as long as Russia sits, and watches while their "interests" on their very own doorstep are being violated over and over again by the USA.

I am no expert, but I have read articles saying that the "genocide" by the serbs were exaggerated and that NATO forces encouraged and trained the KLA to act. Anyway, I do not think that bombing countries can solve any problems.

Nossik is a very successful man. He also launched well-know lenta.ru. For me personally, a big part of Russian online news sites are more or less pro-Israel. I fail to understand why Middle East sections in them include only news from Haifa and Tel Aviv. It can be understood for instance with mignews.com, published in US by Jewish emigrants from Russia, where every first news refers to chosen people. I must say that I stopped reading grani.ru (Berezovskii), gazeta.ru (?) and some others, due to obvious bias. I do not belong to the "chosen people", and overgrew the thoughtless consumption of "daily news", a result is that their presentation is spoiled for me. Peace.

Don´t be an ass. Listen to yourself: "Blood-thirsty tyrant" Come on, what kind of vocabulary it is? Typical political propaganda. Next, I would like to ask you what are Kosovars... Is it some new nation I am not aware of? What language they are speaking, what customs they are following? Kosovaric? Or Albanic?
Before jumping to the conclusions, you should consider Serbian lives lost,as well. It is obvious that you don´t know anything about destruction of Yugoslavia 1989-1995 + bombing 1999, but choose to repeat classical stupid USA propaganda. Way to go, Spartacus, American minion!
